The way we experience change can shift throughout our lives. The Seasons of WellBeing offers a framework for understanding four distinct but interconnected seasons of human experience: Discover, Transform, Awaken, and Integrate.
Discover is where awareness begins. We become aware of what we’re experiencing, including pain, disconnection, frustration, and patterns that may have shaped the way we move through life. It invites us to feel what is happening rather than simply think about it—to become more aware of ourselves and what we’ve been carrying.
Transform is about conscious choice and action. Energy that has been tied up in old patterns becomes available for movement, change, and creating something new. This season calls on courage, accountability, and a willingness to participate in our own lives.
Awaken shifts us toward being rather than doing. It brings greater access to gratitude, love, connection, openness, and possibility.
Integrate brings the seasons together. Rather than leaving one behind, we can draw from the resources of each—using awareness, action, presence, and connection in different combinations as life calls for them.
The seasons aren't necessarily something we move through once and leave behind. They can recur throughout life, with different seasons becoming more prominent at different times.
